A fictional client and calls. Your browser's text-to-speech voice reads the transcript here — in COSA, you hear the call recording itself.
How it answers
From a question to the moment it was said
Four steps, each one checkable — which is what makes an AI answer usable in a regulated firm.
- 01
You ask about a client
Type a question on the client's page, or pick one of the suggestions. The Assistant only draws on that client's records.
In COSA · Ask What am I waiting on from this client?
- 02
It searches every transcribed call
Passages are found by meaning and by keyword — so a question about “roll-up” also finds “the interest is added on” — then ranked by relevance.

It answers, citing each passage
Every claim carries a numbered citation. Open one to see the passage, the call it came from, the time range and how closely it matched.

- 04
You listen to the moment
“Listen to this moment” plays the call recording from the start of the passage and stops at its end, in a player that keeps going while you work.

Built for regulated work
An assistant your compliance team can stand behind
Useful answers are only half of it. These are the rules the Assistant works to.
- 01
Grounded in the client's calls
Answers come from the client's transcripts, profile and call summaries. It's built to say what the calls don't cover rather than fill the gap — and everything it does say is cited.
- 02
One client at a time
Each conversation is scoped to a single client's records: never another client's, and never another firm's.
- 03
Respects who can see what
People who can only see certain advisers' calls only get answers from those calls, and only see their own conversations.
- 04
Sources that stay put
Citations are saved with each answer, so a conversation you reopen next month still plays the right moment.
- 05
Export for the file
Save a conversation as a PDF with its cited transcript excerpts, marked for checking against the call recordings.
- 06
Supports, doesn't decide
The Assistant helps people find and check what was said. Compliance decisions stay with your reviewers.
FAQ
Questions about the Assistant
Anything about one client's calls: what was said, what was agreed, what's still outstanding and what has changed between calls. When a question needs them, it also pulls in the call summary, the next steps and the compliance assessment.
Every claim cites the passage it came from. Open a citation to see the passage, when it was said and how closely it matched your question — or press “Listen to this moment” to hear the recording from that point.
The call recording itself. COSA starts the recording at the beginning of the cited passage and stops at its end, in a player that keeps going while you move around the app. You can change the playback speed or open the full call.
The transcribed calls of the client you're looking at, along with that client's profile and call summaries. Users who can only see certain advisers' calls only get answers drawn from those calls.
Like any AI tool, it can — which is why every answer is cited and playable, why exported conversations are marked for checking against the recordings, and why compliance decisions stay with your reviewers.
Yes. Conversations are saved for each client, so you can pick one up later, and any conversation can be exported as a PDF with its cited transcript excerpts.
